The 2015 edition of the European Local Democracy Week

The ELDW 2015 will officially take place between 12 and 18 October. The theme “Living together in multicultural societies: respect, dialogue, interaction” for this year’s Week of Local Democracy has been chosen to reflect on the terrorist attacks in several European cities earlier in 2015, and the current challenges related to migration. Around 50 partners from 19 countries have already registered for participation, organising seminars on solidarity, intercultural forums, debates on human rights, exchanges with migrants and visits of refugee camps, on this occasion.
